  • Air Conditioning Unit Replacement - Note: There is a $500 inspection/service fee when replacing an air conditioning unit. This fee must be paid in advance via check made payable to BRS Roofing, and the original check must be submitted with your Architectural application. No application will be approved without advance payment.
