"Call for Candidates" for the Americana Gardens 2025 Board Election was mailed out 11/1/2024 to all owners. Please consider being a candidate, your HOA needs your participation!

Submit your candidacy in one of three ways.

Email the completed Call for Board Candidates form mailed to you on November 1, 2024 to info@pro-ei.com, or mail the completed form to Pro Elections, PO Box 390, Murphys, CA 95247.
Send an email to info@pro-ei.com that includes your name, the name of your HOA, and your HOA property address.
Deadline: Candidacy submissions must be received by the Inspector of Elections by the end of the day January 30, 2025.

Please be advised the water will be shut off on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 and Thursday, October 31, 2024 from approximately 8am - 12pm.
Pressure regulators will be installed on two water supply risers.
The landscapers will be installing new valves on Monday; one on the North side of the property, and one on the South side.
For this installation to take place, we will need to have the water off to the entire community on Monday, April 8th from 9:00am – 12:00pm.
If you have tenants in your unit, please make sure this information is passed on to them.
We have to shut the power off to the community this morning from 10am-11am due to an unforeseen issue and necessary repair.
We are hoping the power will be restored before 11am.
We wanted to inform you of an upcoming maintenance activity in the parking lot of our community.
On April 11, 2024, between 7am - 3pm, we will be conducting patching and crack fill work in the parking lot to address any damages and ensure the safety and longevity of our parking area. .
Please be advised that during this time, some parking spaces will be unavailable to accommodate the maintenance work. We have attached a map indicating the affected areas. PLEASE REFER TO THIS MAP TO DETERMINE IF YOU ARE AFFECTED.
We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding during this process. We understand that the temporary inconvenience of limited parking spaces may be inconvenient, but it is necessary to complete the maintenance work efficiently.
