Candidate nominations for election to the Americana Gardens Board of Directors are underway. There are 2 Board seats up for election. Nominations must be received by the Inspector of Elections by the end of the day Thursday, January 15, 2024. You may nominate yourself.

February 21, 2023

Please be advised the Board of Directors has approved a shut off valve replacement project. This project is expected to take several months to complete but will reduce the water supply down time in the future. 

The water shut off replacements will be scheduled on the third Wednesday of each month until the project is completed (except February). 

The 2nd phase of this project is taking place tomorrow, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2023. The water will be off to the entire community from approx. 9am - 3pm. 

Please note the following water shut off schedule: 
Group #3 - March 22, 2023 (revised from March 15, 2023)
Group #4 - April 19, 2023 
Group #5 - May 17, 2023 
Group #6 - June 21, 2023 
Group #7 - July 19, 2023 
Group #8 - August 16, 2023 
Group #9 - September 20, 2023 

This schedule is subject to change depending on various factors however we will notify you of any changes whenever possible.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Fences, Gates and Rails Project is underway again today with the first installations of the new year for Phase 4B of the project. This phase includes new rails being added to the center section patios, north of the Main Pool... Condos #157, 159, 161, 163, 167, 169 & 171 will be the latest Homeowners and Residents to benefit from the addition of the custom made, powder coated and hand-crafted objects of functional art, now at work for the community. Please use caution when crossing through the areas of construction to avoid distracting the work crew. Keep yourself, your guests and your pets clear from unsafe interaction with worksite debris... Keep your head up and stay aware in these areas. 

 

We would also like to remind our Residents that the ironworks that are slowly being inducted into service at our community don't come cheap or easy. Once your new rails are installed please do all that you can to keep them safe, clean and free from damage. Do not attach anything to them that can scratch the finish or otherwise alter them in any way. If you need a way to fasten your pull down sun shades to the rails please send a maintenance request asking for assistance. The Association will provide you with magnetic bars that have so far proven to be a safe way to hold the sun blinds to the rails. When used carefully, these magnetic bars can do so effectively, without causing any damage to the screens or the rails.
