  • The Board of Director's Executive and General Session meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 2 pm pacific time in the Clubhouse on the Americana Gardens property.

 

  • The Board supports every member's right to attend meetings in person. Yet, due to limited space in the clubhouse, homeowners are encouraged to attend online via ZOOM or call-in to observe the General Session meeting of the Board.

 

  • Members are given an opportunity to address questions and concerns near the end of the meeting. Please follow the instructions which are located at the top of the General Session agenda. If you receive a busy signal when you call-in, please hang up and re-dial the Conference number to connect to the meeting.

"Call for Candidates" for the Americana Gardens 2025 Board Election was mailed out 11/1/2024 to all owners. Please consider being a candidate, your HOA needs your participation!

The election page is now live at pro-ei.com/hoa/americana (click to view) or just go to the pro-ei.com homepage and click on "Current Elections" to scroll to an election webpage. 

 

Submit your candidacy in one of three ways.

  1. Enter online at pro-ei.com/hoa/americana

  2. Email the completed Call for Board Candidates form mailed to you on November 1, 2024 to info@pro-ei.com, or mail the completed form to Pro Elections, PO Box 390, Murphys, CA 95247.

  3. Send an email to info@pro-ei.com that includes your name, the name of your HOA, and your HOA property address.

 

Deadline: Candidacy submissions must be received by the Inspector of Elections by the end of the day January 30, 2025.
